Am I the only one having trouble getting my strap into the ez hook to hang. My strap seems to have expanded or the slot on the ez hang hook has shrunk. After trying endlessly to insert the strap into the ez hook I just took the hook off and hung the stand the conventional way without the hook.
Yeah, after hanging the ez hook gets hard to remove the loop, but I've always managed to pull it through. You might want to get some heavy pliers and open the gap a little.
It's tough but I manage. Try inserting the strap at the very end where the loop begins. At that point in the strap it seems to work better. Takes a lot of wiggleing though.
