During the 2010 archery season I followed my buddy around on some of his hunts trying to capture him shooting a mature buck on film. He hunts on an old apple farm that hasn't been worked for several years and has become extremely overgrown... its prime deer habitat. We seen a ton of deer and had a lot of fun so I decided to create a short video clip of our adventures on Lolly Buck farm. DEER VIDEO>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_cl5xT1GAQ
Cool video..............looks like a nice place to hunt. Do your buddy a favor and tell him to take a few breaths between grunts on that tube.................that buck was curious at first but the ensuing vuvuzela festival changed his mind pretty quick. Good luck putting one down on film.
Its funny you say that because it was the first thing I told him after that crazy encounter... just give them enough to keep them interested. Good tip.. keep'em coming!
Great video and great deer. Tell your buddy to keep that grunt tube tucked away until he does a little research. All part of the learning process. Great spot seeing that many deer in a single sit.
WAY to much grunting on that one buck. You had him interested but ruined it by grunting every 2 seconds.
^^^what he said^^^ it is easy to get caught up in the moment. live and learn. good luck this year guys! nice video! I love how you guys kept it simple and let nature entertain us!
Thanks for all the great comments and hunting tips, keep them coming! If you liked this video you should take a look at my other videos in the Videography section of this forum. I posted two new videos, a deer and a turkey hunt, both of them are some of my better memories in the field. Thanks again, I really do appreciate it.
