Live from the Stand

Well just about ready to live for day 2. A chilly 46 this morning so hopefully that will get em moving. Different stand this morning. I'll try and get some pics once the sun is up.

 

Just watched a doe and two fawns for and hour. Bede's down right in front of me for a bit.

 

I'm live from the hay barn right now trying to pick off rats with the bb gun. I'm so ready for the season to start

I can't make it out until last two weeks of October, but I will be sitting all day until I get one or my 13 days is up! Good luck. What part of KS will you be hunting?

Please tell me your season is longer than 13 days. 

 

Archery runs from 20 Sep into Jan I think...I only have 13 days so I'll be at it hard during that time.

Come on guys, no one out there? I'm bored up here. :D It's 92 degrees with 20-25 mph winds out of the south. Is anyone else hunting?
I've been practicing taking pictures with my Droid through my Bushnell Excursion EX 10x42 binoculars. Boredom! I need to see something! :D

I had a nicer doe the day before. Its antlered only right now in NH until Oct 1. I would have posted a different picture had it been 10 days from now.
