Posted this in my other thread as well, but it's also live from the stand.

I just passed on the queen of the forest, easily the biggest doe I have ever seen while hunting. She came in and was literally 6 yds, she went in the thicket behind me and I tried to keep an eye on her and where she came from simultaneously, and seen a beautiful 8 pt about 45 yds away. He wasn't that big, maybe low to mid 120's but he had highly polished caramel antlers. Not sure I could have passed him, but he never afforded me the chance. Igot her on video, hopefully he'll show up as well.

Here's a short video of my setup I put up 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Bucks have always skirted by me in this area. Wow, just blasted a coyote as I was posting this. Anyhow, they've stayed just out of range so I set up here. Starts out back right ends back left. Deer have been coming from my right, except for 4 does. They came from the left about 10 o'clock. That's where I just plugged the yote, pics of that shortly, first one.

No trophy pics right now, last thing I want to smell like is a yote. Oddly enough he ran a big loop and expired down in a 15' drainage ditch In front of me. This is the rage exit side, he was hard quartered to me, and I've been told that if a coyote is present to shoot it, even if it blows my hunt. He went quick though, he didn't stop exactly when and how I wanted.

Ok I'm back up a tree in the park. Same spot as yesterday but a different tree. The wind is blowing pretty good. About the same as when I shot that button head the other day. I guess I'm about a 1/4 mile from where that was.
Good luck to anyone else hunting and wish me luck.

The Monster got hungry again so I let it eat a doe. I see good blood but no arrow yet. I'll give her a 1/2 hr then track her.

Bad news the blood I thought I saw was red on leaves. Another guy and I searched for 3 hours and found nothing. I'll be going back in the morning. Man, I'm bummed out.

I know how you feel. I've lost two this year already! Maybe you'll find it tomorrow.

Another guy apparently lost a big buck in the same spot.

Carried my climber in this afternoon. I'm set up in a spot where I always see mature bucks headed to when I'm hunting in one of my lock ons. It seems as though the wind is starting to lay down. I hope it's a good evening.

Back out for tonights sit. Just alittle advice make sure to bring extra clothes. Didn't look at the radar for tonight and well now I'm hunting in a underarmor and bibs. Way to hot for what I brought.

On another note had to have my knee drained this mourning thanks to that fawn I shot yesterday. She caused me to do to much walking when doctor told me not too. So now I pay the price. But u can only hunt for 2 months no pain no gain

Saw alot of deer, unfortunately this 1.5 year old 8 point was the biggest buck I saw. I rattled him in about 5 pm.

Halloween afternoon. Just hung my LW in a creekbed travel corridor. Hope to catch something slipping through today!

I love the sound of a hunter setting up his climber 100 yds away. At least he is down wind of me. Kinda let the air out of the bag for me

An extremely close encounter with a squirrel so far. The wind is perfect for this stand. F@$!ing cold, but perfect.

335 pm, 2 does come bounding through the creek bottom, exactly as planned. 40 yards, and they kept looking back, so I thought there might be someone in tow with them.
