Got a last 2nd invite to bowhunt today. Very disappointed that no deer were on my camera, only 1 Yote...and the neighbor out for a walk. CRAZY 50 degree weather in No. IL which is ok for bow, but its down into the 20's for shotgun on Fri. nothing but a squirrel, chipmonk...and the FIRST SHED of the year. Nice lil basket, only 1 side. come on deer, sun is headed down and I have something for you...

Been in the tree since 5:45. Before it was light enough to see there was a heavy rustling on the ground behind me. I couldn't see what it was though. Later as it was lighter I saw a raccoon climbing a tree 15 yards from me. So far that's all I've seen, not even a squirrel. SIDE NOTE: Last Tuesday I went and picked up my hearing aids that I was fitted for 2 weeks ago. The sounds of the woods have come ALIVE again.
