    What area of Carroll county?

Im hunting prettyboy reservoir this morning. Got a late start, wind has changed, and my stand is leaning a little too far forward : /
Not the greatest start this morning.

Ah ok. I grew up around that area :)

Only thing at the lake are crows, squirrels and falling limbs. Had a giant limb fall and scare the crap out of me lol.

Congrats on the doe! You done for the day? Was kind of looking forward to a status report on movement with the moon fading will be hopefully slinging lead tomorrow, hoping they're a bit more active than last week. Not sure how patient to be in the morning

I got frustrated when I saw another hunter walking through the pine thicket I was hunting - left there and now i'm home trying to get motivated to go back out to another area.

Some days up there I'll see deer, but most of the time I don't see anything. Seems like the deer up there are few and far between.

Evening was much better - saw a total of 7 does, one spike buck and possibly one buttonbuck. I switched locations (public land in carroll county rather than prettyboy reservoir) and it was nice to at least see something.

Didn't get a shot on anything.

Sounds like the hajji's are trying to invade Knox county right now!! Every 20 minutes about 5 rounds go off.

Its days like this that make me want to stalk the bedding areas. I haven't seen a deer in days! My buddy shot a 9 point on my hunting property 2 days ago with his 12ga. Arrrrgh!

Problem is the swamp is noisy. Water gurgling, branches snapping. Still no deer but its early yet.

Looks awesome Bob! I just had a deer behind me at 15 yds, sounded big, too dark to make out what is was . Shotgun season started yesterday, so all these orange fellas are on the properties around me, and apparently they suck! Heard about 15 rounds from the property next to me and after the afternoon hunt I seen them, asked them if they got anything and they said no... I said according to the gun shots you should have about 15 dead deer, they didn't like that. Bowhunting is best!!
