St. Cloud used to be a very nice city on the Mississippi now it is a crime infested minor league team for the Twin Cities. Waite Park a "suburb" of St Cloud have a very high crime per capita. If that is where she cut her reporting teeth you can bet she has the white christian evil mentality.
