Ok, it seems crossbows on this forum are a bit frowned upon. I'm looking to get a bow under $150 though, and this crossbow http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/175-lb-crossbow-kit-by-jaguar.aspx?a=508885 seems to be one good one I can afford. I'm not sure if it's actually a good Xbow though. Before totally dissing my choice in bow, I have to say that I have a heart condition that prevents me from straining too much with heavy lifting situations/ from drawing a bow. So, a crossbow seemed to be a good idea since most compound bows are out of my price range. (If I get a crossbow and get into it, and can find a decent priced compound bow, then I'd look that way, as it would be something I could possibly do without too much strain on my heart.) I live in Ohio, on 40 acres of family owned land, and I want to go White Tail hunting. Would that bow be a decent bow to get and hunt with? I'm 19, and want to get into bow hunting, so any advice and or opinions on that bow would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
