The deer police that is:p...now that I know they are coming into the rattling I went looking for the antlers and can't find them so I cut off 2 sets tonight(1 backup & little ones for easier carry) and gonna do a little tine ticking tomorrow morn for the big ten downtown. I haven't even caught him on cam yet but been hearing good things about him and the spot I am hunting. 6:03 - 6:07am this morning..these little rabble rousers break it up!...6:08 couple other little buggers goin at it a couple nights ago there
i feel like its early yet for rattling.. let it stew for a few more weeks. Just my opinion though. nice picks by the way
actually I agree...only makes them come in very alert and cautious when early, but I also think this buck being an urban buck and surrounded by houses, activity, etc isn't going to be the toughest target I've had to fool or hide from. I can see 3 homes from the tree and its thick there....and I am sure hoping these 2 get to meet me next year.
Cool Pics...I decided to do a little grunting yesterday evening and had a spike come in about 1 minute after I grunted...He came in trotting lol...Quickest response to a grunt call I've seen
