Here is a tip that I discovered about the string that drives the rest: parachord works better than d-loop material.

I love the simplicity, ease of timing and sturdy build of my Limbdriver Pro-V but the one thing I never liked was how the string would bow out when it was slack at full draw. I was always a little worried about it getting caught on a quiver or slider arm of my sight etc. Nothing like that ever happened but it still concerned me a little so I started experimenting with other options.

I found that if you cut a length of parachord, pull the guts out, and burn the ends, this makes an excellent string to drive the rest.

At rest it's tight and the launcher arm is down. At draw the braid of the hollow string expands taking up some of the slack allowing it to remain pretty much straight instead of bowing out.

I did have to snug up the string a second time after a dozen arrows or so. I suppose that some stretch had to be worked out. Since then everything has been perfect.
