limb bolts & bow press ?

    Why do they say to back the limb bolts out before pressing or it will damage the limbs?
    It seems kinda weird as when the limb bolts are tight down and the bow is at full draw the limbs flex much more than when in a press that basically only relaxes the tension on the string while the limbs are nowhere near deflected as much as when at full draw.
    I can not see how it could possibly hurt the limbs being tightly screwed down when in a press that is only deflecting them a little.
    It was just on my mind and though I would ask you guys if you know why people think this 
