This is the first year that I am going to use them as I am trying to video the hunt this year. It is also the first year that I am hunting with the maxima reds so was wondering if I leave the collar on the end and insert the lighted nock or remove. They are lumenocks if that makes a difference. To me I think the collar should stay on but never used a lighted nock before so just want to make sure I don't damage the arrow.
