Life Line

    Hey all,

    I am planning on getting the old man a life line for his main stand, which is a ladder stand. I never used one and was wondering how will it work with a ladder stand? I have only seen people use it with climbing sticks etc..

    A device to hang your life line for hangons and ladderstands could be a million dollar idea.

    I use a life line with my ladders. Deploy it the first time by climbing up and looping around the tree. Clip into it. Now you're safe from the ground up and backdown. Leave the life line deployed for next use.. Life line is a standard on all my permanent stands. Cheap insurance.

    Truth. I've had many discussions with people about this. Still not sure how to do it though.

    Do you really need it if you have your linesman belt on. It is more of a tool anyway while hanging sets
