First, Congrats!!! Now, if anyone asks what to get you for a baby shower gift...diapers and lots of them. You have no idea how many you're gonna go thru especially w/twins. Get a membership to a wholesale club. Diapers and Formula are $$$$$. I personally use BJs b/c they accept coupons. I remember when the last one of our kids got out of diapers we did a happy dance b/c we had alot more disposeable income that could go towards better things i.e. hunting and fishing. Lastly, enjoy the ride and what a ride it will be. I have two daughters ages 13 and 7. Would not trade the memories of raising them for all the $$$$ in the world.

My my my...... Congrats to you both! Yes it most certainly is a life changing event. If you and the babies and momma survive the first year you can make it through about anything. Kids are the biggest pain in the butt But you truly don't know the degree of true love a person can have for another until your first child. It really is quite mind boggling. Enjoy EVERY moment even the crappy ones. ha ha (pun intended) I second the diaper and formula request!!!!!! Sooooo expensive. Unless of course you can get them to buy you a new bow.
Congrats. My second son was supposed to be twins, but we lost him in the very beginning. Advice... diapers, diapers, and more diapers for a shower gift. Sleep as you can. My wife breatfeeds so when the baby wakes in the night I get him
Thanks for all the congrats guys & gals! It will be a ride for sure. We have a Costco near us so that will help, and I will be asking for diapers/having a diaper bbq poker night for all the guys. Didn't realize how much they cost, and we will be using 2x as much..:/
