Well guys, I'm pregnant! Ha the wife at least. And it's twins! Holy crap. She is 11 weeks, and we just got the blood results back saying they're healthy. We have known for a little while bc we have been trying and wanted to make sure everything was okay before really announcing. We just got married in May and have been together six years, and she had always wanted a kid. Well we hit a homer and got 2...conceiving the first night we tried. Can't wait to have a couple hunting buddies. Any and all advice appreciated
Holy! I mean...Congrats! My advice is enjoy it all. The good, the bad and the ugly...because you will experience it all. But, I would not change it for the world. Time flies and before you know it they will be graduating and you are going to wish you could have all that time back. Also, let friends and family help you out when you need it. Most importantly, set some time aside for just you and your wife. We have date night once a week for just us. It gives you just a little bit of sanity and time to stay "connected" with eachother. That is my advice. Good Luck!
Congrats, you're screwed! Hopefully you have family close to help out. We have a 6 week old at home now and between my wife and I both helping out it's not too bad. But I can't imagine having two of them
Thanks! Not like I tried for 2 haha, but it happened! My family is 2 hours away, hers the same but we will have help from them...my Mother in Law is great!
That is great news, for advice cherish your kids,they grow quickly, but also your wife as well. A healthy marriage will go a long way in raising your kids.
Get plenty of vitamins on hand (for you and the missus) and hang on to your butt! You are about to go on a nonstop roller coaster for the next 20+ years. But, oh what a roller coaster it is! Congratulations!!!!
