I didn't like it hard to hold steady, hit my wrist on every shot, and we couldn't get it sighted in, but maybe it was just me but i didn't like
That's pretty strange that you hit your wrist on every shot, I can't imagine how you could possibly do that knowing that it uses a shoot through cable system rather than a cable guard. I at one time worked for the largest reseller of Liberty bows in the country. I do have some extensive experience with them as you might imagine. I would never choose one as my only bow, or only hunting bow, but they are a fantastic option for specific hunting situations. They are not as forgiving as a full size bow, but easy enough to shoot that your average shooter can hit a 4" group at 30 yards very consistently. I could shoot mine well enough to feel comfortable out to 40 yards under ideal conditions. They are perfect for close quarters, and an awesome option for the chip shots you typically see out of a turkey blind. You can literally sit on the ground at the base of a tree and shoot the thing without fear of the bottom cam hitting the ground.
HAHAAHAA!!! I just caught on to what has happened... Not this Liberty... http://www.libertyarchery.com/specifications.html This kind... http://www.huntersfriend.com/2007-Diamond-Liberty-by-Bowtech/liberty-compound-bow-package.htm Big difference.. Sry about that. I forgot the first one even existed.
I had a bowtech liberty before they switched it over to the diamond line. Great bow. Very smooth and just a pleasure to shoot. Not the fastest out there but it gets the job done and won't kill your shoulder like a lot of the new bows on the market.
