I've been wanting to drop cable for a couple of months now, I have a feeling it could reduce some unnecessary stress.

Love is love, but wtf do I know;)

If we go back in history I bet we can find the same argument about black people voting, women voting, women working and the man staying at home.

I am good friends with two ladies, they are foster parents and they give loving homes to kids in terrible situations. They are about to adopt two little girls who have blossomed in their home.

Some would say them getting married will lead to humans marring cats, lol. Too funny

So the libs want gay marriage to be accepted and sanctioned by the church and our government. What if a 45 year old wants to marry 3 consenting 17 year olds? That should be just as sanctioned right? What if a father decided he would like to wed his own child, that should also be sanctioned right?

Yes I do. I don't see any of this crap on TV as it's taboo to talk about most of it. I see it in every day life, when I'm dispensing meds to a person claiming I'm not giving them the same meds that I give my white patients.... or in the classroom when a student failed a test and claimed it had to do with the fact that he was gay.

I've just never been a fan of using crutches and excuses in life, but I support others rights to do so I suppose.

It does, it has changed our family life. We now go on more hikes, letter boxing, bike rides and play board games.

    Life is good

    Keep reaching, lol

No the church does not need to sanction anything, if a church believes gay marriage is wrong, it's their right.

    State law is the issue.

Let it be known, from this day forth, that I succeeded in returning Vito to these boards.

It is a great day in the world of BH.COM

Serious question. The states accept a licensed/ordained minister's signature on a marriage license. Can you foresee a day when a minister's license to conduct a wedding ceremony may be revoked based on whether he (or she) refuses to conduct a homosexual wedding? Or perhaps his church loses its tax exempt status based on that or something similar?

Best argument ive heard... marriage is retirement from the chase right? ;)

As for gay marriage, i have no issue with 2 gay individuals sharing there lives together. Should it be called marriage? I dont think so. Should they get benefits? Grey area...it can be argued that a man and a woman get married for just the same reason, and that gay individuals should be offered the same.

As for the gay NFL players:

    Special teams dude - Ayenbajiowahtever
    Tim Tebow
    Mike Vick
    Every Viking...especially Greg Jennings.

What does being gay have to do with a man in love with a dog? We are talking about two consenting adults.

    That's reaching

Not sure why you are quoting me and asking about a man loving his dog. I never used that example. I asked about multiple spouses and marrying ones own offspring.

Why would a gay couple get married at that church? In no way that should happen, it's called separation of church and state.

It's amazing how many people cannot accept that church and state are separate.

    Sorry wrong person, lol

If a dude wants more than one wife, why do I care? We should always protect children.

Believe me, it happens frequently that gays desire to get married at a given church. Whether it is requested by a mother or whomever and yes they get turned away. It can and does get quite messy when a ministers refuses to marry a couple for a variety of reasons. You know its just a matter of time.

But I though Love is Love? So there is a line, even with you, it's just where that line is drawn that we all argue about.

The line is with consenting adults.

How can you people not comprehend this?
