    I'm a Knight guy. I have 4 ML'ers and love hunting with them also.
    There are alot of good choices in today's market. And you really don't have to spend a ton to get a gun that is a tack driver. My suggestion would be to get something with a Stainless barrel...they are much better against corrosion than blued is. CVA does make some nice guns that don't break the bank, that would probably be my 2nd choice after a Knight.

    If you want the real skinny, pop over to huntingnet and post your questions in the Black Powder forum. Those guys eat and sleep ML's....like the bowhunters do here. You can get all the info you need in detail to help narrow down what might work best for you.

    I'll take that into consideration. In reality, I think I just need to convince myself to pull the trigger on spending the money. Don't know much about the public land down there though.
