The funny thing is my parents were devored when i was 2 and my great grandmother basically raised me but my great grandfather passed before i was born. But i always wanted to be a part of a family that did stay together and didn't have all of the separate days and holidays and crap and swore i would never let that happen to my kids.

Having given up TV 8 years ago this is an easy one. I would say at least 5 out of 7 nights a week. We started that a very long time ago. We raised great sons (both Eagle Scouts). Thats how I grew up. 8 of us around the table. My folks are still married after 51 years. We only have two different ways to say grace at meals. I try to introduce new ones but the wife is more traditional. That sort of family unit is what CFA is supporting.

 

I’ve encountered homosexuals like you in the past tying extra hard to pressure a straight guy to see if you can make him lose his cool and lash out at homosexuality so you can claim he is a homophobe. Sorry pal but your barking up the wrong tree. I have no issues with you being gay. Im not interested but have no problems with the gay community. Live and let live. You can continue to make jokes wishing I was gay. Im secure in my hetero lifestyle and not threated by a gay guy acting like a fool. Your intentionally being provocative but Im not one to be provoked since I support you being gay is a none issue for me and your choice. I think most of the US population is ok with gays.

This was brought up on the Deer and Deer hunting forum. An openly gay guy like you wanted to know how it would be to join a hunting club. I think he (like you) was just trying to expose homophobes but his plan backfired, that group of hunters gave him great advice including me and told him to get over himself. Here is the link.

Now back to CFA, tomorrow the gay crowd and sympathetic liberals plans to hit up CFA in protest. I doubt they will have even a fraction of the numbers from Wednesday night but I’ll bet the media covers it more. Hopefully they actually buy food and don’t just look lame by hanging out hoping to creep people out because they will look pretty even dumber than they already do. I hope we don’t have to see germ post a picture of he and his same sex partner protesting and swapping spit? Its cool if you go but save the pics for your facebook page. Bringing more attention to CFA will backfire and put more money in CFA pocket but I doubt this group thought this through.

I agree and I support their free speech I just dont think it will match the number CFA saw on Wednesday but the media didnt seem interested in free speech that day but I suggest that when you and rest of the gay community show up today (in much smaller numbers) the media will cover it.

Being openly gay is fine but I think you make yourself look silly by trying to suggest others are like you. An obnoxious gay pretending everybody is gay is not the way to win people over. As you can see, nobody here cares that your gay. This is a pretty tolerant crowd except vito but then he Is just a reactionary and a jester. Stop trying so hard, Im not going to lose my cool and go on an anti gay rant. I might over your uber liberal ideals but the gay thing is not a issue for me.

It looks like CF is getting tons of free speech support, so why does Wednesday differ from Todays? Free speech is free speech.

 

I would not call two men swapping spit speech, but as long as they are required to purchase something and not loiter like a freeloader they can have at it, within good taste.
