My wife and I have recently bought a new house. We have a small spare bedroom that is not being used and I am going to turn it in to a hunting room. I work long hours on a second shift schedule and it will be nice to have a room that I can go to and just sit around and take my mind off of the stresses of work. I would like your guys help in posting pictures or your hunting rooms/man caves so that I can get an idea of what I wanna do. Thank you
well my whole house is done in Mossy Oak.....Living room: Couch, Love Seat and recliner; Dining room: Dishes, silverware, serving platter and bowl, dining room chairs upholstery; Bedroom: Log bed with Mossy Oak treestand camo.....I have the best wife in the world and she made a deal with me....deal was last time I was deployed I came home on R&R and the house was girlified....I explained that this would not work when I got home..so she said fine....save your money and you can decorate how you want...needless to say I saved my money and now the house is done up in Mossy Oak Break Up except for the bedding which is treestand....
My hunting room is also my fishing equipment and reloading/ arrow building room. I have a full kitchen and a flatscreen with a queen size futon and a treadmill. I added the bathroom this month. It's 700 sq foot attached room to the pole building where the bigger toys are parked out of the weather. I also have all the meat processing stuff in there. The meat grinder, sausage stuffer, and all the knives and such. It's a multi purpose area for all the cool stuff in my life. We have a Microwave, little fridge too. I'm single so I have no body making suggestions about how things should be done. It's just me and my 9 year old son living here. A few bears and warthogs, I ran out of shelf space for the bears and warthogs, my two favorite animals to hunt. our personal outhouse in the room, kinda nice to have a comfort zone handy!
