I have never been a fan of hunting out of a ground blind but have been doing it a lot more since the kids started hunting. Here are a few that I have set up this year.

Good looking blinds Tom. How have the deer been acting around them? Any idea they are there?

The kids shot deer out of the first and last on the first sit and they didn't seem to notice. I just put the middle one up on Sunday for my son this weekend.

My ghostblind is the predator model and is 46" high. You can buy extender panels that will give you 7" more in height. I've been very happy with mine so far.

My nephew has one and I've hunted behind it. You can sit on a bucket but I find myself hunched over to 'hide' behind it. He absolutely loves it... I'm thinking about getting one.

I'll have to take some photos of my blind. I have some from the inside but none from the outside.

Going to try a lot more public next year that have very few stand trees. Definitely considering a ghost blind.

ABSOLUTELY... and it's probably the most productive one so far.

It has been helpful in herd management! lol

The deer in my avatar was killed from it last year. I had to protect the decoy!

Amazing how little attention they pay to a "wagon" parked in ag country. Almost feels like cheating. But, I can live with it.

This thread's just what I've been looking for! Getting a ground-blind pretty soon and been wondering how I should brush it in!
