Shot both two years ago. Antelope with 270 at 180 yards in Wyoming. Whitetail at 5-6 yards with bow on our farm that has been in our family 101 years. Whitetail was much more fun and had a lot more meat than antelope. Especially where it was shot. Every deer I've killed with a bow and most gun kills have been on that 100 acres with only two very small pieces of timber. This year I've got a new spot to hunt on neighbors which will be great, but I still like hunting on our farm the best. Feels like I go back in time or something. Not sure how to explain it. Its a place where I sit in a tree and think about how they used to farm and live in a completely different way. Self sufficient and not running to town every second for everything needed.
