Here are my biggest 2. Both from 2010. FLYER: "DROPKICK" Had him at 80 yards one morning. Biggest buck I've ever killed though:
I was definitely shaking when I saw him pop over the hill during our lone meeting. To be honest with you, I was hunting Flyer much harder than I was DK. Something about that buck just stuck with me. The 2nd picture of Flyer that I posted was taken at 4:29. There was a picture of me that same morning headed to my stand around 5....following the old boy in.
Lets revive this thread. It is definitely one of my favorites. First I have this guy, who has only shown up a couple times to destroy a scrape. He wasn't one to hold still for very long, but I am thinking he would have gone in the 140s. Then I have this deer, he is something. I cant even guess what he would score, but he is the most interesting buck I have ever gotten a picture of. It would be a dream to get an encounter with him. Sadly, he isnt a regular buck for me. I have got him on camera three different times from November to February, maybe this year he will be a little more consistent.
Neighbor shot him first day of rifle 2011. Named this guy Bullwinkle. 16 pts we think mid 150's This is my target buck for this year. He will be a 10.
[/ATTACH] Here is the biggest deer I got on camera last year. Then I was able to harvest him about 2 weeks after the season started.
