Tonight's beer...I will let know what I think in a few...ok her she goes ...Hoppin' Frog D.O.R.I.S the Destroyer Double Imperial Stout ...this is a good brew, classic Russian Imperial oatmeal stout, hoppy and strong...starts great on your tongue with a really rich body and finishes outstanding..surprising no alcohol taste on the finish considering the 10.5% abv ...this a way better then avg Imperial Stout.

Deschutes is solid. Their Black Butte Porter is probably my favorite porter.

Deschutes Stoic is one of my favorite beers.

Had the NB Lips of Faith Coffee Chocolate Stout last week while standing around a fire, burning things. It was kinda perfect.

Did you drink it out of the faggy little glass in the process?

Most cans leave a metallic taste. Bottles smother the aroma. I actually want to taste the beer I drink, therefore I drink it out of the proper glassware, and slightly cooler than room temperature.

Never drink beer right out of the fridge.

The ****tier the beer, the colder it needs to be.

You drink it ice cold because you don't like the flavor. That is fact. Drinking anything right above freezing temperature will mask the aromas, which mask the flavor. Serving beer cold is a marketing strategy by BMC. They know their beer tastes like crap, so they market that you should always drink beer cold.
