During the kids confession he stated that they put the body in her vehicle to take it and dispose of it in a local pond. But, found the pond dry when they got there and had to bring her back to the house.
That kids confusion has 0 merit, that's the one item I just ignore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So he's going to hide the body in the back of the RAV4 all the way at the back of the property and then risk going all the way back through 40 acres worth of cars to retrieve the body and haul it back to put it in a bon-fire that he invited other people in his family to? That makes even less sense than he put her in the back of the RAV4 to haul her a whole 20 feet from his trailer to the bon-fire. I don't know how the bones got from one burn location to the other, but what would be the point of Avery moving them??? None. I would assume the police did it. Manitowoc county officers were there quite a lot during the search and investigation - including keeping watch on the RAV4. AND, Lieutenant Lenk was always mysteriously present when evidence was found, after other officers from other counties (and Manitowoc for that matter) had already spent countless hours searching the same locations. I find that quite interesting, especially since Manitowoc officers were all deposed from Avery suing them for his first wrongful conviction and therefore a HUGE conflict of interest. To the dude above who referred to Brandon Dassey's testimony, why is that even being brought up still, LOL. The video recording of his interrogation shows that he said "they got to his head" and he admitted to "something he didn't do" and later recanted the entire thing. I want to know why Lenk, Colborn, and Steve Avery all didn't get a polygraph. I know that doesn't always hold up in court but it would at least make some sense to some of the theories.
