Apparently he was smart enough to clean all the blood out of the garage, but left 11 shell casings on the floor? Out of 11 casings found, they found 1 fragment. So after shooting her 11 times, he cleans all the blood up, spotless by the way. Leaves the shell casings, and then hangs the .22 back on his wall, drives her RAV 4 with her in it to burn 20 yds from the garage, does not leave any figure prints on the RAV, just his blood on inside and some DNA under the hood. Gets in the RAV drives it pass the car crusher, parks in the lane, puts a branch on it and calls it good, lol. They above has nothing to do with the show bias, it's just what the evidence suggests happen. Yep guilty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't know, my gut tells me it was him, but I can not convict on my gut. Just look at the evidence, it does not add up to how prosecution laid out how it went down. There is NO WAY IN HELL the kid was involved.
What am I missing? Where is all this evidence? BTW his first jury had all the evidence, so what's your point? How many times has a jury had all the evidence and been wrong?
Maybe the guy is sicker than we thought. Maybe he likes prison (some people actually do especially after being in there for awhile). Or maybe he just wanted all this attention that he knew this would bring. He might get off on that spotlight. If he set it up to look like he was framed he knew everyone would question the cops. Could be a lot of weird reasons he did it this way. That is what I am going with. He did it. But he set it up this way for one of the personal reasons above.
FYI This is not about him being guilty or not to me, this is about how whacked our legal system has become. None of us our safe, if by chance we get in the cross hairs of a DA. I don't believe he got a fair trail, I don't believe the kid got a free trial.
Ok, so how did he get the key under the slippers on the 8th try? Interesting theory and is plausible, but the key they found, that one throws me.
Looked what happened to your buddy Scott Walker. Was the target of a 2+ year John Doe probe that was a just trying to find something on the guy.
Well we still have the corrupt cops involved. So lets not rule out both as being possible. I can see the cops planting the key. I can't see the cops killing the girl themselves just to frame him. And I don't believe any other family member killed her.
Anyone have any articles I could read in regards to evidence found that was not in the documentary? I'm mostly concerned with fingerprints in the RAV and on the materials covering the RAV.
Yeah, you all know that the police got lucky by finding a murder victim, who just happened to last be seen by Avery so they could frame him. just idiotic.
Like the rape he got framed for? So if you were last seen with a victim, you're guilty, lol Now that's idiotic Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Last seen, DNA and victims remains and personal items and confession. What is idiotic is thinking this is a frame job. And idiotic is the polite way to put it.
And how did they not find her DNA anywhere on the key or the key ring?? Just his... Don't see how thats possible. I don't know if he is guilty or not, I just don't think they proved it. Too much shady stuff.
You call that a confession, that is the most idiotic part of this entire deal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't necessarily think the police killed her, I think Scott Tadych (Avery's sister's husband) and Bobby Dassey (elder Dassey boy) raped and killed her. Then, I think the police hoped that Steven Avery did it but ended up not finding the evidence to prove he did it so they planted the evidence so they could pin it on him due to the previous case and their embarrassment. I think they resorted the planting the evidence simply on the basis that they truly couldn't figure out who did it but they wanted Steven Avery to be the killer. Regardless of who did what, I don't think Avery had anything to do with it.
I will start off by saying that I am in law enforcement. I will also say that I have been involved in a case that was turned into a made for TV "documentary". With that said..... These "documentarys" are typically not even close to what really happened. They put there spin on it to keep you, the viewer, interested. Sure the basic story line is the same, but that's about it. Point of the story? Just because you saw it on TV and they claim it to be a "documentary" doesn't make it true.
