Well ill finally be checking my cams this weekend. Can't wait to see what I got they have been up since the first of july hopefully it cools down here in ny its been so freaking hot

Well went and shot the bow this morning and everything seems dialed in, Saturday checking cams and putting up stands Bowhunt Madness

6 days and counting here, pretty much all squared away except for gear prep and washing. Looks like they are calling for heavy downpour for the first two days of the season. Question for those of you that hunt cornfields... The new chunk of state land I'm hunting is a long hill, sandwiched in between two cornfields. What can I expect to see, movement wise, once the corn is cut/harvested? Is there any "rule of thumb" pattern?

Congrats busbnlo... that's the we do it.... can't wait till I hit the stand... this morning I looked out just to be surprized by a big 8pt standing next to my fire pit I went looking for my phone to snap a picture and when I came back to the window he was gone... go figure!
