    yea, my check book laughed at me .. lol .. I thought Hadley was more acres, maybe that what was leased and this 'owned' .. didnt the owner get in trouble 'cause of baiting or something along that line .. ..

    a guy can dream ...

    1,100 acres with a 4 bedroom house and the property taxes are the same as all of the McMansions around here on 1/4 acre lots. :lol:

    PS - none of the big outfitters own their own ground. They all lease the vast majority of it.
