I have 6 deer heads on the wall right now, and I’m dropping off #7 tonight at the taxidermist. I’m wanting a little variation to the lineup as I’ve done 3 upright turns and 3 semi sneak turns (although the 6900 form I used on last years buck is pretty sweet).

So what say you? What other variations do I need to be gazing at? My ultimate mount is a Joe Coombs wall pedestal, but I don’t feel like this is the buck worthy of that pose. I really do like the full sneak OTS 800 Series, and I’m typically not a fan of full sneak mounts.

    And remember, pictures are necessary!!!

That McKenzie 6900 is hard to beat IMO. For me that's the "perfect" pose.

Like you I don't want a wall pedestal or full pedestal until it's the "right" deer for it. So until then the standard offset 6900 is my go-to.
