I’m not one to make excuses, so I’m not gonna blame the loss on a few of the crazy no calls. Instead I’m gonna blame it on the Bruins first line who combined don’t have a single goal this Series. The blues wanted it more Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Last night it looked like it was the Bruins who forgot to get off the plane. During that second period they gave up the puck in their own end like they were working the street corner. Chara seeing limited action and Backus being a healthy scratch has me thinking the coach is struggling to find the right combo that he is confident can win. Last night was a huge confidence boost for the Blues. I don't see this going back to Boston for game seven.
Will the Blues raise the cup tonight? Or will there be a game 7? Something has to give with the Bruins top two lines. I don't see their drought continuing.
Sorry guys I had to share. I think the rush I get from playoff / cup hockey is about equal to spotting a giant buck that is possibly coming your way...... not quite like seeing an arrow sink in the boiler room but it definitely gets my blood boiling. Guess we will see how hungry the Blues are for that cup!!! LEts Go BLUES!!!!!
I am by no means diluting the Blues in their victories this far, but I can't wait to see what the ref's watch and refuse to call tonight.
Regardless of the calls, the bruins need to overcome it and get their sh!t together! They seem to play better with their backs against the wall. I hope that's the case!
One goal off of a 5-3. The lead after 1, but Boston didn’t look to impressive at even strength. They will have to come out stronger if they want to keep that lead. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Brett Hull is a wastecat ! Haha. What I love about him is he will drink dollar drafts at the local watering holes with average joes. LGB we can do this
