Im an NFL fanatic, as you know.

But where the HELL did this guy come from?

I remember him mentioned a few times last year...but watching this game tonight, looking at his career stats, and seeing that hes only 23 years old is blowing my mind! Is he the best all around back in the league?

McCoy flew under the radar the past couple seasons, but he's really breaking out this year. Best all around back in the league? Not sure about that. Forte is making a great case for himself, leading the league in average yards from scrimmage per game. McCoy is no doubt a good player, but let's see what happens over the next few years. Most running backs seem to have 1-2 good seasons and they drop pretty dramatically in performance. Not many of them stay highly productive for very long.

Shaun Alexander, Larry Johnson, Terrell Davis, Peyton Hillis, Priest Holmes all come to mind.

McCoy seems very Westbrook-ish to me, hopefully he can last awhile. Exciting player for sure.

He was electric at Pitt, that's for sure. I was never sure how he would do in the NFL because of his running style. He runs very long, similar to Reggie Bush, and I always thought that would hurt him, but I was wrong. He breaks down defenders so quickly it's remarkable. He's like a poor man's Barry Sanders. Great talent no doubt.

he works well with philly because they like to utilize their RBs in the passing game. mccoy has been a force these last two yrs, but i can't say the same for his teammates on the eagles offense. vick's been up and down, and the eagles WRs have been so-so. i got a steal earlier this year in fantasy when i dumped knowshown moreno & desean jackson for michael turner :D

I don't really have much to say about him besides that I love to watch him. He's an exciting player but he did pop up out of no where.
