    Is it legal to use a ''bait'' when hunting coyotes in PA? Cant find any info on it?

    im pretty sure baiting of any kind in PA is illegal, contact your counties officer to find out for sure.

    I do believe we can use recordings of wounded animals(electronic devices)but as far as meat or food is considered ''baiting''...
