Please give me you opinions! Having a agruement with a co-worker. I've leased a island located in the Ohio river. I've Posted the entire island. He's trying to tell me that anyone(without permission) can hunt ducks on the edges of this island. I said no way. Its my understanding that as long as you don't tresspass and hunt out of your boat that its legal. Whats the law? Give me you thoughts! THANKS
Its a touchy subject,there was a law suit here in Pa where a kayaker was traveling through ''private property'' and was arrested for stepping on the land under the water(he was in very shallow water)even though the law ''here''says that navigable waters can't be posted,or made private(streams and rivers)...he lost anyway!!!!
