 Why in the world would they tinker with a forum at this point? They are completely tied up with checking cameras and speaking engagements not to mention their show and other management. I bet they take a dump on the run....

Would be cool to have them on the forum though. I have nothing but respect for them and Lee's knowledge of deer is rarely surpassed. I have no doubt people would bash them no matter where they were...I had an altercation some time back with a member who made fun of me for having a "petting zoo" managed farm.

They have quite a bit of woods on the farms I was on. I do know that they have bought some farms with other people but don't know if that is still the arrangement. They also own land in Kansas and I know they were talking about buying some in Missouri but don't know if they did.

Dude, land here can easily go for 12-15k PER ACRE. Of course, there arnt many 600 acre tillable farms available.

Ive heard mixed things on Lee and Tiffany, but they are FOR SURE living the dream.

I call any property you currently owe money to the bank on "bank owned" lol

I don't own my house until it's paid off. Right now the bank holds the deed. If I'm still making payments....I don't own it.

    That's all I was saying.

Yeah kinda. But I'm in the process of buying my house from the bank so it's all good. They were nice enough to lend me money that I didn't have, let me live in the building that I couldn't afford without their help, and make payments over time with only a 5% interest rate.

I'll give credit where credit is due. They own it, until I pay my debt.

Yes it sure is. I think I would be finding a new bank to own my home at about 3.5%.

I borrowed money 7 years ago when 5% was actually pretty good. I also financed 100% and didn't have a down. I could refinance but I'm looking to move anyway. Plus it would take me 5 years to make my down payment/closing cost back on the refi.

It just doesn't make sense right now.

sounds about right, our house we bought 7 years ago is around the same rate. (still own, trying to do a short sale...long story)
the house we own now, with a VA loan (no money down) is 3.5%

I do have respect for what they've done with the land, but.... Let's say they bought those cameras at the cost of production.... How much are wild game innovation cameras REALLY worth??? Just saying

Here as well. I would have my own little slice if it was that readily available at that price.

They seem like good people. I'm happy for people doing what they love. Good for them.

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S4.

Don't forget the County. They will let you stay in their property as long as you pay them yearly and if not they will sell it to the highest bidder. :tu:

So who gets sued when something goes wrong..the bank? Bank can take after a default but they don't own my house they are the lean holder of the note.

I laughed when I read about people going on their land in full facemasks. Made me wonder if they weren't other celebs. You know the ones.
