What is the best peace of land to lease. I have seen one peace that is a farm he has 3 fields on it the other one is all hard woods with a small stream through it. They are around the same price

There are a lot of factors to consider. What are your goals and expectations to see/shoot? Location? How huntable is the property? How many deer does/can the property hold? What are the surrounding properties? Are there any management plans on this or surrounding properties? All other factors equal, I would take the hardwoods. The mature animals generally use fields heavily after dark leaving plenty of sign but not really offering a lot of shots. Good luck this season and I hope to see pictures.

This is my main question when looking at any ground. What surrounds it, who hunts the surroundings, and why would the deer spend time on my side in lieu of theirs?
