Taking my daughter out hunting tomorrow (she's three). I'm not really expecting to get much real hunting in, just gonna check some trail cams and get her into he woods. She's been begging me to take her all year. I want to put some lighted nocks on tonight and won't have a chance to double check if they effect my arrow flight. Anyone have any experience with launchpad lighted nocks? Did they effect your zero?

I had no noticable change in impact when I installed Nocturnals. They were only about 7-8 grains heavier than the standard nock. I don't know what yours weigh though.

At shorter ranges, say under 30 yards, you should be fine. Beyond that you would be best served to take a few practice shots and make sure you're not hitting too low.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think I'll wait until I can confirm with them.

They have no effect as far as hunting goes.
    Enjoy your new hunting partner.

Thanks. She loved it. She's only three but we sat for a whole hour! I'll be honest I expected maybe 10-15 minutes!

Way to go, look at that smile. I have promised both my girls to take them out hunting next year. There 7and 5, and you did it with a 3 year old.

Looks like it would be easyer in a box blind like what you did.
