I shot my first deer with a bow on December 19. He came into one of my small oats and crimson clover food plots with five does. It is great to still have good deer activity this late in the season. I did not put the best shot on him, but I could not give him until the morning because there was a storm front coming through. We were able to give him a couple hours though and were lucky enough to find him about 15 min before it started pouring. I have had alot of help on building my deer habitate in the last year from Ty, Whitetail Ambush Secrets, and Jake Ehlinger. Their suggestions and ideas have been very helpfull and would like to thank them for their help.

Congrats on a great late season buck! Love to hear about what you've been doing on your property. Habitat improvements are becoming almost as fun as the hunt itself!
