What is everyone's late season tactics?

Normally I would hunt over my food plot, but I am hunting my cousin's land for late season. There is a lot of corn still standing and 3 big bucks hanging around. If I get real desperate, I may slowly walk each row and do a blind stalk. It all depends on the wind.

First, I dress properly for the cold, then I go and sit, and sit, and sit some more, and hope I get very lucky. Because getting a deer, any deer, during the late season on the public land I hunt is real tuff. My deer are strictly browsers (no crops), so it's not like you can hunt a specific food source.

I plan on sitting between thick bedding and a swamp for late season. Hoping I can catch them roaming out of either one during the day.

Corn....lots and lots of corn. Everything a late season deer does revolves around its stomach and getting something in it. Its cold, there isn't much to eat, and they are hungry. Myself, I like hunting late season better than any other time of the year.
