If he's still walking around it could be a sleepless 2017 season....good luck this fall! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I know where his bedroom is. I know most of his travel routes. I just have to figure which ones he takes and when and be there at the right time. Not a lot of pressure in this area (private property) and only a few people even know thus buck exist. With that said, this deer season and the prep leading up to, I am placing 99% of my efforts into putting this buck on the ground. Last year had no daylight pics of him. Saw him once on hoof but there was a small tree line between me and him. I can't wait to see the first trail cam pics of him I get this year.
If I had a buck of that caliber showing up regularly on my trail cams, nobody would know about it. Let alone everyone on the bow hunting forum!! Good luck I hope he slips up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No, not really...I was just yankin yer chain. Good luck with that one, hope he's still around and at least as good this year.
Yeah, I'm hoping the same thing. I will know in a couple weeks, when I check my cams. I get what you all are saying about keeping him a secret, but 99% of the people on here probably don't know me personally let alone where I hunt. As far as people I know, there are 5 people including myself that hunt on this property and the property has it all. There are several mature quality bucks on this property cause of our extensive managing and not killing younger bucks for many years now. Plus, I love sharing and letting others see what you can get on your property with proper land management. I will continue to post pics of this buck and any other big boys to share with all my brothers that share in my passion.
That is a heck of a buck. Them brows are ridiculous! Hope your in the right place at the right time when he is moving. Goodluck.
Good luck with that guy, I hope you can put the smack - down on him. Blessings..........Pastorjim Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
I think unfortunately he already gave him a year or two too many. It sounds like this buck is already a nocturnal ghost. Maybe kill him with a deer drive during gun season but odds seem low of killing him with a bow if you never get a daylight pic of him. Just sayin. I wish you luck though.
