    Well fellas it's October. Gonna sneak back on the close to home parcel and sit the evening. Winds are shifting now and later are supposed to be good for one of my old spots. Usually see em move uphill on a N wind. Hoping to catch one slipping up.

    Well guys, it looks like my next hunt will be Monday morning. With the rising moon in the morning, it should be a good hunt. Deer should be moving later than usual.

    Rain this afternoon to last til about 1 am. Low in the lower 40's and a rising moon. Hoping this all equals out to be a great hunt tomorrow morning. Oh yeah, I took last years buck on October 5th, a mid 130's 10 point. Can lightning strike twice?

    Just pulled my card where I'll be sitting Monday morning. Super 8 is really making his presence know at that spot. Many daytime pics and he's usually there between 7:15 and 7:30 in the morning.
