Oh, there are so many names... Ridge is fine honestly. Real name is Eric. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I'm getting ready to go fling lead at doves here in a bit. I have 2 more weeks till deer opens so I mind as well get out some frustrations. Checking out of work about an hour early. I'm pretty much ready for deer season at this point. The waiting is killing me. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I like the All Inches Matter name. Others just for giggles... Drop tine nine Nine tines Team nine of your business! (play off of "none of your business") Sent from my SM-N975U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Nice to meet you Logan! Shoot what makes you happy is 100 percent correct! Fix my season starts in 26 days and I can not wait! Farmer mowed the fields yesterday so the damn cows will stay out of the woods. The deer aren’t too bothered by the cows anyways. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I am already off that weekend as well, plan for all day sits as the deer move the ridge I hunt behind the house morning, noon and night. It’s a big travel corridor to get to fields. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Anything! I'm done being picky and I need some jerky lol I'm not hunting a place where I can single out a deer and hunt that one deer only. Hunting all around us and my biggest deer yet only scored just less than 100 I think so ideally bigger than my biggest is always the goal. Sent from my SM-N975U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Hell we don't have to kill giants. I'm pretty sure some of you might know that if we all kill does, we are in the hunt. Sprinkle in some respectable horn inches and it's likely a tight race. I'm here for the fun, but winning never sucks. Lol. Kill what gets you going and shoot the sh!t with the team here. I'm pretty light hearted and joke around a lot, so be prepared to maybe catch a jab and by all means give em back. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I won't be doing much hunting this month. I plan to bag a doe then focus on hunting cold fronts. Not many of them but switching up the way I used to hunt which was always be in a stand. A new approach this year and I have high hopes. As for a little bit about me I'm married and have 2 boys. They will be out hunting with me a few times this year which will be their first year tagging along for deer. I'm pretty active in these forums once season opens and we actually kick things off. I have several stands out and lanes trimmed. Cameras out and everything I need to kick things off. In the mean time been going flounder gigging and getting some meat in the freezer. Also went spearfishing a couple weeks back and got some hog snapper and lobster for the freezer. Dove is this saturday so should have a bunch of them to eat up then it's on to deer. Dang, that looks fun!! I hear you on the cold front hunts and that is the way I hunted last year. I swear I was less fatigued and saw way more deer last year than any other year. Also, I would LOVE to go flounder gigging. I sometimes miss living in Florida (Gulf side) and packing the freezer with Redfish and Pompano.

I hunt hogs and gator in Florida. This past March I got my first ever gator, with my 45. It was also my first ever pistol kill. One shot and it was dead. Also got a pretty nice trophy hog and a meat hog to go along with it.
