I used my last pack of Venison steaks last night. So I thought I should do something special with them. I marinated them in Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper Corn and Garlic. Then I boated out a Red Pepper and filled them with rice and black beans topped with mozzarella cheese and sage. Cooked them on the grill and Sauteed some portabella mushrooms for the top of the steaks. Cooked it all on the grill and served it with some red skin potato salad. It was so damn good.. (can you tell I love to cook?)
