Hey guys. So yesterday was our first snow storm for Northwoods Wisconsin. As I get in the stand and pull my bow back it's making a really unusually sound. At first I thought it was my cams. It was cold and wet throughout the whole sit. And randomly I pulled my bow back trying to figure out the sound. Anyway I get back home and bring my bow inside to dry and warm up. I look at it more closely and realize the sound was my cable slide. It was the moisture and the cold that made it stick a little and made like a creaky sound. After I dried it and the bow warmed up it went away. Is there a slide out there that will never do this or if it's moist and cold will all slides stick? Also there is cable rollers out there now. Are these better for this type of problem?
