Just finished morel hunting for another year. Went out at 7:00 and finished up at 10:00. Found 14 all connected together where the creek bank washed out below a maple tree (wish I would have had the camera).
Nice last haul. I went out monday evening and had found about a dozen morel stumps im my honey hole. looks like someone beat me too them. i dont think our season is done just yet. i say we have another week left.
