I'm leaving for Australia to hunt water buffalo in 2 days. I'm shooting to the left. Do I adjust my sights or leave them and pray for the best? Here's the group at 48 yds. Thought I'd shoot one last round before packing things up. Guess I was wrong about being able to shoot a 48 yard group without breaking a nock! Talk to you guys in 3 weeks... if I don't get gored, trampled, bitten or eaten!
Good luck Rob and have a blast! I honestly wouldn't worry about the sights. Once you add in nerves and all the elements of the hunt everything should be just fine. Good luck
Rob - knock 'em dead! I would shoot again once your in on Oz soil...then make your decision to move sight or not...whatever gives you the most confidence. How about just get to 10 yards on those little water buffs...
I always seem to be a skosh off before I leave for a big tourney....go for it....check when u get there!!! Good Luck!!!
Thanks for all the well wishes guys. I hope you picked up on my sarcasm in that post. I think I'm well within minute-of-buffalo there and the idea is to keep the shots at half that range. I'll check in as I can but I may be out of here for the next 3 weeks! Good luck to you guys starting your seasons before I get back!
Are you really asking a question, or just rubbing it in? Good luck though. Take and post plenty of pics.
