Thanks Bro, late season was slower than I have ever experienced in years. Temps warmed up right before the opener the 10th.. and rained and snowed on me ...kind of a mix.. had some high wind days.. I hunted every day of the season.. at least the evenings after work. Did not see ONE big mature buck.. I sure hope HOSS made it.. he will be HUGE next year.. again only seen that buggar one time all this season..
thanks Tony.. very kind words.. the big man upstairs has always given me the drive and passion for whitetails and a lifestyle that works well for hunting them.. every now and then it works out.
That's fantastic Troy. I hope to lay a late doe down if not a buck yet. I'm hoping I have my Destroyer in to get a little blood on her. I saved a doe tag in lower PA to hunt with twild in his nonpressured lands.
Thanks guys my trad buddy from Montana just texted me "better get your stick ready" ! Rob, I am very interested in hearing your reports on the destroyer.. good luck Rob.
And what a gift it is Troy venison baby, love it. Great year for you bud, thanks for sharing it with us
