I'd be afraid to lose it though lol. http://www.ammoland.com/2011/04/12/clean-shot-archery-spot-on-laser-broadhead/
Since gravity will kick in and the "dot" wont be at its original aiming point... I would think at close range only? - Unless you're using one of those 400+ fps bows! Kill only, Scljrl!
Just when I thought getting the Tactical Archery Systems S.A.B.O. Holographic Bow Sight for a $129.00 bucks was a bad Ideal. We can now pay a $100.00 bucks for broadheads. When the sight arrives I'll let you guys know how it works. If someone get those broadheads..Hmmpf! Well I'm sure someone will.
Same opinion here. JUNK! I'd like to see the "increased penetration" from a broadhead that has a laser emitter lens where the business end of a broadhead should be. Pffft... what a crock. Might be cool to have one to antagonize the cats, though.
so i can either spend 100 dollars on this one broad head or i can go spend an hour in the range and be dead on at 10 15 and 20 yards and that includes the gravity fact on my arrow.
I think this would be illegal in a lot of states for big game hunting. I think it would be classified as a projected visible light. Which rules it out in KS.
Laser guided may work but, not laser pointer. In essence, thats what it is a high dollar lazer pointer. Now the bow fishing one, I think it would work well. Find a way to make a bow mounted range finder that is also a sight, now that would sale like crazy!! I wouldn't buy it but, I am sure a lot of people would.
junk shoot a normal fix blade broadhead and hit the vital area of any animal and you win easy to answer
Not for me... Kinda takes away the fair chase aspect.. I think a person should be able to aim and harvest an animal without this.
