I just recently refletched my arrows with quick fletches and my groups got larger? I also just put a bow mount quiver on. Could either of these be the culprit? what would you all suggest?

I just recently went to them and I didn't notice a difference. Not sure why the group size would change from that. Did you have a quiver on your bow before?

I would blame the quiver. I can't tell the difference between quikfletched arrows and regular blazers out of my bow

My arrows fletched with quick fletch were grouped erratically. I'm not sure what it was but I don't use them anymore.

Either the weight of your quiver is making your groups change or your bow isn't tuned. Did you shoot with larger fletching before you put quick fletch on? If so then the larger fletching helped correct the arrow flight but the smaller vanes don't do it as well with an untuned bow.

how does adding a quiver change the way your bow shoots? is it the extra weight making it harder to hold on target?

I just switched my arrows over to quick fletchings because over half my other veins got damaged in storage and had to adjust my sight slightly, but other than that, they seem to fly straighter than my blazers did. However, I am still a very novice shooter. I haven't had any problems with them being on target and most of my grouping problems were present before the new veins. To summarize, the different veins didn't make any difference in my shooting.

I did not have a quiver before. I too now think its just getting used to the quiver. I am now shooting tighter. 2-3inches 20yds. The broadheads do make it fly different also.

Sounds like everyone else is having the same results with the quickfletches like I have had. Sounds like the added bow weight from the quiver causing you the problems. I usually shoot most of the summer with mine off but make sure to put it on a month or so before the season arrives to get used to the weight again.

yeah, Im new to archery so been shooting for 6 months or so without a quiver got real dialed and then got the quiver for hunting and I got all boogered up. Got it narrowed though. does anyone do 4 fletch when they fletch their arrows? I heard it adds more spin to stabilize the broadheads?
