I recently got permission to hunt some new land each outline is right around 7 acres. My question is without any big chunks of land near by will these pieces of land be worth hunting? Have any of you had success hunting small land like this? Any advise or tips would be great.

So the total of the three spots is 7 acres or each spot is supposedly 7 acres? They are not all the same size...

Small islands of cover amongst ag fields are your bedding spots and therefore make it tough to hunt them for access reasons....often hardest to hunt in the evening as getting in and up with deer there is tough. Scout scout scout. If you can just glass the field a couple evenings from a distance to see if they're using them that would be big. I really like the look of the spot on the left of the map...finger leads to timber to north (travel corridor) and appears to have a ravine or depression leading to the west into another small patch of timber...that one has my eye the most.

I drive by places like that every day back and forth to work and I almost always see deer in the field edges. I would probably try to setup a blind in the run off ditches close to the trees without actually going in.

I looked up the area on Google Maps using the Dobberpuhl Farms landmark.

The area circled in red is in the northeastern part of the photo you posted. It's a long line of trees that has a small stream running through it. It's one of the only lengthy continuous lines of trees (about 3 miles in length) in the area so deer will definitely use it as their main travel route. You can only hunt the very southern tip of it, but I'd be willing to bet there are deer there. To prove that it's a travel route, I highlighted an area in green that's not farm land and just grown up field. Below is the image of that area zoomed in and it shows tons of game trails. Hunting that southern point you have access to would probably be a good bet.

You can not cover more than an acre at a time so what good is 500 acres you can not cover it. All the spots you had marked could have potential it will just take some boot work.
