Hello everyone. My wife is wanting to get into shooting/hunting with me so I was wondering about what would be a good bow to get for her. We can't really afford anything too pricey. She is kinda tall. Any advice on this?

Mathews mission craze is $300 or the PSE chaos is about $320 and they are both great for women! Good luck!

I suggest that you look at either the Mission line or the Diamond Infinity Edge. I have purchased several Diamonds over the last few years for my fiance and my dughters. The Infinity Edge is a great deal for the price. It has a draw weight from 5-70 lbs so it will work for anyone regardless of age or size. They are super easy to adjust without a bow press. Good luck.

There are a ton of great ladies bows on the market today. Pretty much every major line has a ladies bow. Most of them even have a bow at an introductory pricepoint and a premium one as well.

If shes tall and has a longer draw length then you can look at about anything on the market. My girlfriend is short but has monkey arms and 26" draw so that really opened up our options. We ended up getting her a used PSE Bow Madness XS for about $250 if I remember right. Figure out her draw length first and narrow your options from there. And definitely look at used stuff. You can generally buy last years model for 2/3 most often less than that and really have the same bow.
